One of Insight Global’s customers is seeking an onsite IT System Administrator to serve as the primary IT point of contact for their Orchard Park, NY with remote support for various Viant sites. This individual will own day-to-day IT operations, supporting end users, managing Windows-based systems, servers, and storage, and handling basic networking tasks in a Meraki/Cisco environment. The role includes administering Entra ID/Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365, supporting VMware virtualization, monitoring systems and backups, and maintaining endpoint security through patching and updates. The administrator will manage help desk requests, create and maintain documentation, and collaborate closely with site leadership and internal partners, including coordination with the customer on POS-related support. This is a hands-on, onsite role in a compliance-focused environment with an emphasis on ownership, reliability, and continuous learning.
