As an IT Administrator, your primary task will be to support end users, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and maintain essential IT infrastructure. You'll play a key role in documenting procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and working on various IT projects. Your ability to provide reliable support for Microsoft tools and maintain security standards will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary IT support for on-site and remote users
• Monitor and maintain local network infrastructure
• Upgrade and install software and hardware systems
• Document procedures and manage asset records
• Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 clients
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
