Job Description
We're seeking someone to join our team as a ISG Compliance, Vice President in Non-Financial Risk to assist in managing the Firm's regulatory risk and help to preserve the Firm's franchise through ensuring and monitoring Business and Infrastructure Units' compliance with laws, regulations, rules and internal policies and procedures in Singapore. This includes collaborating with Compliance coverage across multiple business lines within Morgan Stanley, to ensure coordinated compliance oversight on integrated business opportunities and transactions.
Business coverage includes Investment Banking Division (IBD) and Global Capital Markets (GCM) as well as Sales & Trading (cash equities, foreign exchange, interest rate, credit and commodity products).
In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is a Vice President level position w...
