Position Overview
This IT Analyst II role supports end‑user computer systems and networked infrastructure across Sky Ranch’s locations. The analyst assists the Director of IS & Analytics and maintains Windows, Apple, and cloud environments to support programs across six campus sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Apple workstations, printers, peripherals, telephones, and cell phones.
- Handle hardware and software problems, networking issues, patches, and peripheral installations.
- Respond to help requests via phone, email, and camp radio, informing users during troubleshooting.
- Ensure the Local Area Network and Point‑to‑Point Network remain operational across six and five sites.
- Administer Office 365, Teams (including Phones), SharePoint, and user accounts through Microsoft Entra.
