Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is seeking a dedicated In‑Room Dining (IRD) Waiter to join our elite Food & Beverage team.
About the Role
As an IRD Waiter at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, within the Food & Beverage department, you will deliver discreet, punctual and flawless in‑room dining service and support our outlets when required. You will work closely with Kitchen, Front Office and Guest Relations to manage orders, room setups and billing while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, hygiene and guest care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support any food & Beverage outlet when needed, including provision of food & beverage service in hotel rooms.
- Transport equipment and supplies necessary for service, ensuring trolleys and stations are fully stocked and ready.
