Job Description:
- Execute quality objectives set by Quality Supervisor
- Plan and assign IPQC inspection tasks to cover key production processes
- Manage IPQC inspectors, provide training, skill assessment, and daily supervision
- Review inspection records, track corrective actions, and escalate unresolved issues
- Collect and analyze process defect data to identify recurring quality issues
- Coordinate with production to modify process parameters and support improvement projects
- Maintain and calibrate IPQC testing tools to ensure measurement accuracy
