The IPC Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on IPC standards and practices. This role involves training employees in hand soldering, cable building, and other related skills to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct Training Sessions:Develop and deliver training programs on IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-J-STD-001) for new and existing employees.Create and update training materials to reflect the latest industry standards and best practices.
