Regional Digital Service Representative IoT 5.0 and SCADA applications The Regional Digital Service Representative delivers professional on-site services for Schneider Electric including commissioning, on-site technical diagnostics, and resolution of customer issues. The role primarily supports complex and critical projects, providing advanced support with hands-on expertise for IoT including sensors, software, and connectivity, SCADA Application (EPO, EBO, PME), LV products (Power & Quality Meters ION) and Protection relays (Easergy, MicroLogic) Main responsibilities Pre-Commissioning Activities: Review project documentation, including specifications, control drawings, I/O lists, and network architecture diagrams, collect cybersecurity requirements Validate installation and physical integrity of hardware components, including PLCs, RTUs, servers, network infrastructure, and firewalls, sensor pairing, custom model, firmware upgrade, gateway association to tenants, off-site testing and ...
