Job Overview

At J&J Global Finance, the I2C Senior Analyst (Collections) is responsible for end‑to‑end service delivery in the Invoice to Cash Collections and Dispute Management process for medium‑ to high‑complexity customer portfolios. This position reports to the I2C Senior Team Lead (Collections).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Collections and Dispute resolution for high‑complexity customer (key accounts) portfolios, including delinquent, special‑situation, or public sector customers (as assigned).
• Help supervise daily collections operations, inbound queue and take escalation customer calls.
• Help monitor and track team performance by updating the dashboard regularly.
• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
