Invisible Baguette Setter (M/F/X)

Responsibilities

• Independently perform invisible baguette setting on high-end watchmaking components (cases, bezels, bracelet links, dials, and other precious elements).
• Ensure preparation, adjustment, and mounting of stones according to the technical and aesthetic requirements specific to invisible setting.
• Guarantee perfect alignment, impeccable regularity, and finishing quality in line with Haute Horlogerie standards.
• Control the visual and technical quality of set components throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify and anticipate potential technical constraints related to components and propose suitable solutions.
