Job Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of investor relations materials, including press releases, corporate announcements, investor presentations, and website content.
- Assist in the planning and execution of investor engagement activities such as Annual General Meetings (AGMs), investor roadshows, and conferences.
- Conduct daily news monitoring and compile concise market updates and reports for senior management.
- Track, monitor, and report on the organisation’s sustainability performance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with industry best practices.
- Act as the primary administrative point of contact for shareholder‑related matters, handling queries and coordination effectively.
- Follow up with investors on outstanding documentation or action items (e.g. KYC, payments, signatures) and ensure timely resolution.
