Position Summary

The Investor Relations Officer will be responsible for managing customer-centric campaigns and project updates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Handle incoming phone and email inquiries from clients and business partners about the company’s products and services, ensuring the questions or requests are handled in a timely and effective manner.
• Actively involved in addressing investors' inquiries and complaints, escalating complaints to the Investor Relations Manager in accordance with the company protocol
• Conduct outward client servicing campaigns to maximize the satisfaction level of customers, as well as sales campaigns that support sales/reinvestment
• Establish and maintain close communications with clients through phone calls and emails.
