We are expanding our team with a highly capable Investment Director who will play a central role in managing and evaluating our deal flow, including constant engagement with independent sponsors. This is an opportunity to join a fast‑scaling, entrepreneurial platform with immediate responsibility and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Execution & Diligence
  • Lead due diligence on active transactions (financial, commercial, operational).
  • Lead weekly pipeline meeting with senior partners.
  • Lead junior deal team members.
  • Present strong investment opportunities to the investment committee.
  • Build and refine financial models, market analyses, and investment memos.
  • Take calls with independent sponsors for relationship‑building and deal evaluation.
  • Screen new deal opportunities and vet independent sponsors.
