Your new role
Manage key transaction work streams for buy-side investment projects.
Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential investment opportunities (JV, M&A, partnerships).
Oversee due diligence for potential investments.
Support deal structuring and negotiation.
Maintain stakeholder relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or advisory.
Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good command of English & B. Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
