Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of Globe products, services, and related processes and policies to support Customer Experience Ambassadors, Sales and Service Specialists, and Cashiers in fulfilling customer requests and resolving issues.
• Safeguards and monitors the movement of the store’s total inventory to ensure availability of stocks for selling and maintain zero variance.
• Answers queries of customers (external or internal) about Globe products, promos, and/or processes.
• Updates the team on the status of inventory items and ensures sufficient stock level to avoid stock out.
• Physically counts manual accountable forms with signatures; matches available stocks with previous day’s stock count sheet and reports discrepancies.
• Monitors aging stocks; issues correct stocks and assigns to specialists via MTPOS.
• Coordinates with other custodians to source customers’ required stocks following FIFO policy.
