Job Description
About the role We're looking for an organised, detail-obsessed Inventory Manager to own fabric and raw-material inventory end to end: forecasting what's needed, keeping the right stock on hand, holding vendors to delivery and quality commitments, and making sure every metre of fabric matches spec on shade and quality before it reaches production. Key responsibilities
• Forecast fabric, trim, and material needs from the order pipeline and production plan, and
maintain stock that avoids both shortages and overbuying.
• Set reorder points and safety stock for core fabrics; track all materials by type, shade, dye
lot, GSM, width, and supplier.
• Manage trims and consumables (buttons, zippers, threads, linings, labels) and packaging
materials.
• Coordinate RFD (ready-for-dyeing) fabric with dyeing and keep dye-lots consistent so
shades don't vary within an order.
• Prepare order packets with all the correct raw materials, ready for the production team to
use.
