Job Description
The Inventory Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory control operations to ensure accurate stock levels, proper inventory movement, and compliance with company procedures. The role supervises inventory personnel, monitors inventory transactions, conducts cycle counts and reconciliations, investigates variances, and ensures timely and accurate system updates. The position coordinates closely with warehouse, operations, finance, and logistics teams to maintain inventory integrity, support operational requirements, and improve inventory processes and controls. The Inventory Management Supervisor also prepares inventory reports, monitors KPIs, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
