Job Description
Summary You will serve as a INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER NORFOLK. Responsibilities You will assist with internal and external inventory audit support across all inventory segments. You will investigate problems as they occur, recommend resolutions, and report to their chain of command. You will identify and define reporting and reconciliation processes from site system to Navy ERP. You will assist FLC organic and external customers in developing work methods, techniques, and standard operating procedures (SOP) for NWCF-SM operations. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a thorough knowledge of OSD/Navy supply management and inventory accuracy regulations/policies. You will be responsible for ensuring transactions and material movements are entered into Navy ERP.
