Job Description
The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy across warehouse and operational processes. The role analyzes inventory movements, conducts reconciliation and cycle counts, investigates variances, and ensures timely and accurate system transactions. The position works closely with warehouse, operations, and finance teams to support inventory integrity, optimize stock levels, and improve overall inventory management processes. The Inventory Control Analyst also prepares reports, tracks KPIs, and recommends process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any course.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse processes
- Experience with SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or other ERP systems preferred
