Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Intranet portals and websites.
• Perform enhancements, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Develop and customize solutions using:
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • APIs
  • Microsoft PowerApps
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement new features and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Support integrations with enterprise applications and services.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and user adoption.
