This Supervisor will lead the Interventional Radiology (Invasive Lab) team on the RT side of the lab, overseeing both clinical operations and staff performance.
Responsibilities include:
ā¢āManaging team scheduling, performance, and development
ā¢āEnsuring compliance with imaging protocols and patient safety standards
ā¢āSupporting interventional procedures and workflow efficiency
ā¢āPartnering with physicians and cross-functional teams
ā¢āLeading process improvement and quality initiatives
ā¢āOverseeing training, competencies, and team growth
