Role Overview
An Excellence Internship Trainee supports continuous improvement initiatives within the organization focusing on operational excellence, manufacturing, or operational functions. This hands‑on digitalization applications and structured training, real project work, and cross‑functional teamwork to build foundational skills and drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Support improvement projects across operations or commercial processes.
- Analyse data and identify inefficiencies, to optimize performance (time studies, process flow mapping, cost efficiency).
- Familiar with Continuous Improvement/ Excellence in manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs to support continuous improvement.
- Assist with documentation, presentations, reporting, root‑cause analysis, corrective actions & data analysis.
