About the Role
Gain hands‑on experience in daily insurance operations. Responsible for delivering standard reports periodically as required by the business for operations, regulatory, and statutory purposes.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Team
- Review manual testing processes to identify areas for automation or improvement and support the development and testing of basic automation concepts.
- Document findings and present outcomes through simple process maps, recommendations, or a working prototype/demo.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Support the AI Engineering team in building applications and agentic AI workflows aligned with user requirements and enterprise safety standards.
- Assist in ensuring solutions are suitable for production through adherence to governance, policy, and best practices.
