Job Description

PLTPRO Data Centre Sdn Bhd, located in Cyberjaya, Selangor, is open for a minimum 6-month internship program.
During this internship, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and take on the following responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operational matters and functions of the SNOC (Security Network Operation Centre)
- Assist in performing L1 troubleshooting during service/network outages
- Assist in escalating issues to proper channels (e.g. Technical Specialist/Technical Manager or Product Manufacturers)
- Assist to handle helpdesk tickets and customer complaints/issues
- Assist to provide remote hand support for customer upon request
- Assist to coordinate with service providers for any network or data centre fault
- Assist in maintenance, off-duty support and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
