  • Administrative support in HR and payroll activities
  • Issuing employee certificates and confirmations
  • Archiving documents in electronic personnel files
  • Preparing reports and HR documentation (employment contracts, amendments, employee letters)
  • Supporting payroll list verification
  • Administrative support in the employee benefits area

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, tables)
  • Interest in developing within HR, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data
  • Good work organization and teamwork skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle basic tasks independently after onboarding
