Job Description
Internship IT Technical Support (Computer Hardware)
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / IT Hardware related fields.
- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Willing to travel (outstation).
Responsibility
- Installation and configuration computer hardware, operating system, and applications.
- Corrective maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
- Troubleshooting technical hardware and software issues.
- Basic Networking (Switching, Wireless and Cabling)
- Monthly allowance
- Outstation allowance (if needed)
- Mileage claim (if attend case at the site or outstation, for using own transport)
- On-site / Hands-on Training
- Meal allowance (if outstation)
