- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Support network monitoring and basic performance analysis.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining Windows and Linux servers.
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
- Assist engineers during implementation and migration projects.
