Join the MLSE premium services team as a Premium Services Intern, assisting in delivering top-level support for Suite Holders at Scotiabank Arena. This dynamic role includes customer service and administrative tasks throughout events.
This internship runs from September to December 2026. As an intern, you'll engage with sales activities, manage suite details, and oversee special requests. Your organizational skills will be crucial as you ensure accurate documentation and assist with game-day visits from the Maple Leafs Alumni.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with suite ticket receipt distribution
• Support daily sales and pipeline management
• Manage daily courier and Will Call activities
• Oversee donation program and special requests
• Maintain the department storage and assist the Suite Rental team
