Job Description
Are you interested in improving how business processes work and using data to make them more efficient?
We are looking for a student to support continuous improvement projects within our Operational Excellence team.
Key Accountabilities
- Support continuous improvement projects (Lean methodologies; Six Sigma is a plus)
- Track improvement initiatives and support the internal MyCI program
- Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint
- Prepare training materials and workshop content
- Document and standardize processes
- Collaborate with different teams across the organization
What we’re looking for:
- Students in Industrial Engineering, Chemichal Engineer, Business, or Analytics-related fields
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in data
- High Excel skills
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
