Job Description
Cytiva Nanomedicine in Vancouver offers an internship for students eager to dive into bioassay development and potency assessments. Under expert guidance, you will gain impactful lab experience.
The successful candidate will be a third- or fourth-year student pursuing a degree in Biology or related fields. You will support the Bioassay Development team by conducting experiments, preparing technical documentation, and maintaining daily lab tasks, fostering a deep understanding of drug formulations and assays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read literature to aid in study plan preparation
• Perform experiments to evaluate nanoparticle potency
• Analyze drug formulations using standard bioassay techniques
• Write SOPs and create reports or presentations
• Support routine lab tasks like buffer preparation
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Biology or Life Sciences program
• Hands-on lab experience is highly regarded
