Job Description
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and cost estimates.
- Support the preparation of project quotations and tender documents.
- Assist in sourcing and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control throughout project execution.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final account documentation.
- Coordinate with the Project, Design, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate costing.
- Maintain project cost records and documentation.
- Perform other QS-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
