Job Description
Install and configure internet connections (fiber, wireless, routers, modems).
Perform site visits to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
Maintain and repair network equipment and infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
Ensure proper cable management and system organization.
Document installations, repairs, and service reports.
Work with the support team to escalate complex technical issues.
Adhere to safety and company operational standards. Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing).
Experience with routers, switches, and wireless systems is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in the field.
