Summary
DLA Piper is actively seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience for our Employment Group. We are looking for candidates with experience for an employment counseling position that will support cross-border and global employment work. International counseling experience is strongly preferred, and position will interact frequently with other offices in DLA’s global employment practice. This associate will be responsible for conducting employment diligence and advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions; advising on employment policies and practices; drafting and negotiating employment, retention and related agreements; advising on reductions in force and other employee terminations; drafting restrictive covenants and counseling on employee mobility.
