Role Overview

The Internal Sales Support candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth sales operations and excellent customer relationships. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll support the processing of orders and proactively engage with clients to close deals and grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities Accurately process and track sales orders , ensuring timely data entry and coordination with operations and logistics Proactively contact clients (email/phone) to confirm orders, address queries, close pending deals, and follow up on quotations Manage the sales pipeline , update CRM or internal tracking systems Generate sales documentation : quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, sales reports Liaise with Warehouse, Installation, and Contracts teams to coordinate delivery logistics and ensure customer satisfaction Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities from existing clients Provide administrative support to Sales Director and team (e.g., meeting sche...
