- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 23 years' internal sales experience, preferably in an industrial or engineering environment
- Proven customer service and sales support experience
- Experience preparing quotations and processing customer orders
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
