The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, building client relationships, and supporting sales activities within the scientific, laboratory, research, industrial, educational, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, environmental, and mining sectors. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online channels. Prepare and follow up on quotations for laboratory chemicals, consumables, glassware, instruments, and scientific equipment. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Provide product recommendations and technical information to customers. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Actively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
