Job Description
As our Internal Sales / Order Manager, you'll be the central point of contact for our Nelson customers — handling orders, answering product questions, preparing accurate quotes, and coordinating supply across our branch network and manufacturing teams.
You’ll work closely with our Sales Representatives, Engineers, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to keep projects on track and customers informed throughout. It's a fast-paced role suited to someone organised, commercially minded, and genuinely focused on good customer service.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person — resolving queries and taking ownership of their experience
- Prepare and maintain accurate commercial quotes and product schedules for projects of all sizes
