Job Description
Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations Capturing and loading orders from customer via telephone and / or email Managing Customer back-orders and updating all relevant parties Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to our customers orders Co-ordinating delivery requirements with the Distribution team Ensuring that our deliveries are made in accordance with our objective of satisfying our Customers requirements Providing Customers with required reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) Preparing Price Increase Letters Updating and ensuring Customer Information in SAP is correct
Qualifications and experience: Matric certificate with Mathematics. Diploma or Degree is advantageous 1- 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role Excellent Computer Skills EXCEL (SAP will be advantageous) Strong planning and organisational skills Customer Orientated High attention to detail with strong numeracy skills Ability to multi-task Sens...
