Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric certificate (good Math understanding). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent active listening skills. Excellent comprehension. Duties Counter Sales: Greet walk-in clients, identify their specific bearing/power transmission needs, and process immediate orders. Inbound Enquiries: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email/other electronic customer quotes with speed and professionalism. Order Capture: Process sales orders, generate invoices, and log data accurately onto our ERP system. Technical Advice: Assist clients with basic product identification, cross-referencing bearing part numbers, and offering tailored solutions.
