Responsibilities

• Provide product support to a diverse customer base.
• Deliver front‑counter customer service, answering and processing enquiries and orders via phone, email, and in‑store sales.
• Perform warehouse duties such as picking, packing and local delivery of customer orders.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to position the branch as the supplier of choice.
• Assist in creating and implementing showroom promotional activities to drive counter sales.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant industry experience.
