We’re looking for a motivated and curious Recruiter to join our team in Cape Town. This role will support both Move’s internal hiring, making it a unique opportunity to learn hands-on from experienced recruiters while contributing to live work.
You’ll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and market research to candidate engagement and employer branding.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Screening CVs and supporting with interview scheduling.
