**We are hiring for a Digital Talent Solutions Consultant – Internal Mobility & Talent Marketplace**
In this role, the **Digital Talent Solutions Consultant** is a hands‑on systems for the implementation, optimization, and scaling of the organization’s **internal talent marketplace and internal mobility capabilities** .
This role serves as both a **systems strategist and project coordinator** , operating as an individual contributor accountable for the successful rollout and adoption of an internal talent marketplace. The role partners closely with Talent COEs, People Technology, Learning and enterprise integration teams to translate internal mobility strategy into **real, usable platform capabilities** .
Only candidates with **proven experience** implementing **enterprise-wide internal mobility platforms, skills** ‑ **based talent marketplaces, or opportunity marketplaces** will be strongly considered.
