- 4-Day Clinical Work Week : 32 clinical care hours and 8 administrative hours.
- Patient mix ranges from young to elderly, with an average of 18 patients per day.
- Team-based care with a collaborative team of 3 MDs and 3 NPs.
- Supported by centralized services: - Call center for appointments and messages. - Referral and remote medication refill/triage teams.
