About The Opportunity
The IIT – Tech Coordinator is a member of the IT Procurement & Operations team, which plays a crucial role within the Internal IT segment. The team focuses on strategically purchasing hardware and software licenses to meet the organization’s technology requirements and ensures compliance with established guidelines and purchasing procedures throughout supplier negotiations. Collaboration is at the heart of the team’s operations, as they work closely with accounting and sourcing teams to align procurement activities with the company’s financial strategies and sourcing agreements. They also oversee relationships with external partners, ensuring that vendors adhere to the organization’s standards for quality and service, and are responsible for procuring hardware in accordance with the organization’s demands and needs.
