Position Summary
The Internal Control Supervisor is responsible for the validation, risk monitoring, and operational control review of all financial and cross-department transactions. Serving as the organization’s critical internal control gatekeeper, this role ensures all documents, processes, and reports are accurate, complete, and compliant before they reach the approval stage, ensuring readiness for endorsement to the CSIG Head.
Core Responsibilities 1. Finance & Accounting Control
Accounts Payable: Review Accounts Payable (Trade, Non-Trade, Online) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Validation: Validate invoices, billing statements, and liquidation documents against supporting records.
Remittances & Banking: Check company remittances for accuracy and monitor daily bank deposits for consistency. Review all banking transactions for validity, authorization, and compliance. ...
