Job Description
Project Scope
- Study wet etch and wet clean process fundamentals relevant to advanced memory structures
- Design and execute structured experiments using design of experiments methodologies
- Analyze experimental results using critical dimension measurements, scanning electron microscopy, and other relevant characterization techniques
- Evaluate process performance against structural and electrical requirements
- Propose data‑driven improvements to wafer processing schemes based on analytical findings
- Hands‑on understanding of wet process technology development for advanced semiconductor manufacturing
- Develop skills in experimental design, data analysis, and process characterization
