Intern, Systems Engineering
Location: Ottawa, ON. Job Code: 40346. Schedule: Day Shift.
Responsibilities:
- Become familiar with integrating one or more subsystems used for naval communications.
- Create conceptual designs that are innovative, scalable, and adaptive.
- Develop systems requirements and systems architectures.
- Develop technical specifications for suppliers and subcontractors and provide technical evaluation of supplier and subcontractor deliverables.
- Analyze designs and evaluate system performance.
- Prepare and present design recommendations and engineering change requests.
- Work hands‑on with equipment and software in a laboratory or development environment to develop and document subsystem equipment configurations.
