Responsibilities
- Support the LATAM regional business planning process, ongoing planning activities, and execution of the LATAM strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to facilitate planning sessions and drive business strategy execution.
- Define long-term goals and short-term objectives, and support implementation of regional business plans, key initiatives, M&A activities, and partnership processes.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities, and track performance by reporting progress and analyzing issues that may impact productivity, profitability, and regional growth.
- Collaborate with the LATAM region to create and maintain business plans with clear and measurable targets.
