Job Description Job responsibility Develop, implement and maintain digital tools to improve efficiency of equipment calibration/maintenance and inventory management process within Singapore laboratory operations. Using data analytics concept/tools to analyse and recommend improvement for equipment performance and inventory demand and supply needs. Participate in end-to-end management of laboratory inventory, including quotation request from vendors, purchasing, receiving and storage, inventory monitoring and disposal of used/expired chemicals and other laboratory consumables. Maintain laboratory inventory stores with good 5S practices. Understand laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance requirement and ensure release of equipment for use within the stipulated due date. Learn and apply site contractor management requirement for laboratory vendors. Actively participate in logistical arrangement with the laboratories and vendors to enable timely equipment calibration/maintenance. ...
