Responsibilities
- Handle Stock Transfer Slips and coordinate 3PL transfers
- Prepare & issue Manual POs (IT, Marketing, Projects, Maintenance, Finance & HR) via NIP system
- Support supplier coordination: escort applications, document tracking & issue resolution
- Assist with services procurement (water filters, chemicals) and uniform purchases
- Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier master data (SSM, bank details, compliance, food safety certs, agreements)
- Follow up on incomplete vendor documents to ensure compliance
